1. Air filter inspection
There is an air filter on the top of the oil tank, which is also the inlet of the pressure oil. The air filter helps the inlet of the pressure oil according to the oil level inside the oil tank.
The air filter should be cleaned and blown by the high pressure air after adding or replacing the pressure oil. The dirt or other kind of solid may get into the oil tank if the air filter is not clean.
2. Oil filter inspection
The oil filter should be taken out and cleaned after the first 2 weeks’ running. And it should be cleaned every three months to make sure the oil pipes are smooth to go. If the oil filter net is blocked, there will be un-normal noise on the oil pump.
Cleaning step for oil filter
1) Open the oil tank cover, and take out the oil filter.
2) Put the oil tank into a container which is full of gasoline. Brush the filter net by a strong brush, and then blow the internal and external part of the filter net by pressure air.
3) Put back the oil filter, and put the cap on.
