Essential devices for carbonated drinks processing

About carbonated drinks bottling process.

General:
Carbonated drinks mean the drinks and liquid which contains gas, which is known as CO2. This kind of drink is very popular all over the world. Especially the cold drinks in the summer, which can make you feel so cool.

A. How can we mix the gas into the drinks:
   The CO2 gas can only be mixed into the drinks when the drinks temperature is around 3-5 degrees. Only in such low temperature that the gas can be mixed with water completely, like Pepsi and Coco-Cola.


B. The following items are the basic equipment which are necessary. Please read the sentences and check the pictures too.

1. Mixing tanks. Normally, we will need to mix some other kinds of flavors, sugar and other items into the water before cooling down. These tanks will be the ingredient mixing stage. Different factory has different kinds of recipe.   
 

2. Temporary storage tank for mixed drinks before getting into the chiller machine.

 


3. Chiller machine. This is the machine which is used for cooling down the temperature of the mixed drinks. To make the temperature to be as cold as 3-5 degrees.

4. Carbonating system. This is the machine to mix the CO2 gas into the cold drinks.   



5. Clear CO2 source. It can be got very easily all over the world. Someone use the CO2 tanks as the hospital use. And if the CO2 source is not so clean, then a CO2 filter is needed to filter the CO2 and make sure the gas is clean for drinking.
