Daily maintenance for the injection molding machine. Part 1.
Basic requirement:
The injection machine should be checked and repaired regularly, to protect the machines working performance and extend the working life-span.
The oil seals and rings should be replaced when they are worn out after long time working, in case of oil leaking.
Hydraulic device’s maintenance and inspection:
Hydraulic device is composed by delicate hydraulic part. The pressure oil inside the hydraulic device may get contaminated after long time working. Inside the oil, there may be metallic powder, fragment from the oil seals, metal&dirt sludge or any other kinds of tiny solids.
In fact, above 70% of the breakdowns on the hydraulic device are caused by the pressure oil. And the hydraulic device may be blocked, because of the following reasons:
1. When the new pressure oil is being added into the pump, some of the metallic and rubber solids will be brought into because the oil is being added by the oil-transport device.
2. After long time working, the oil pimp, motor and valves will be worn, and the small solids will be sent into the hydraulic device, and which will cause the contamination.
So, the air filters, oil filter and cooling device must be checked and inspected regularly to make sure the hydraulic device can work well and reduce the obstacles.
