Difference between bottling machine for pure water, carbonated drinks and hot drinks

General:

The filling nozzles structure on the bottling (washing filling capping machine) machines are also very different too.

Normally, we have the following three kinds of filling nozzles:
1. For pure water. Non carbonated normally temperature water. 
2. For carbonated drinks. such as Pepsi and COCO-COLA etc. 
3. For hot juice.

Explanation on each filling nozzles:

1. For pure water filling nozzles.
   There is not gas/CO2 in the water and the water will be filled into the bottles when it is in normal temperature. 
   So, we don't need too complicated technique for pure water, and we just use gravity filling. 
   When the filling valve is open, the air inside the bottle will be pushed out and the water get in. That is the most simple way of filling.

2. For carbonated drinks filling nozzles. 
   There most important technique for carbonated drinks filling is the air bubbles.
   We need to keep the air bubbles inside the drinks, and at the same time, we need to make sure the air bubble will not be tossed around. 
   This kind of technique is more complicated than water filling nozzles, and the cost is higher too.

3. For hot drinks filling nozzles. 
   Hot drinks, such as hot juice, hot tea and other kind of hot temperature drinks. 
   The drinks are in high temperature when they are being filled into the bottles., normally around 85 degrees. 
   And, because of the sugar inside the drinks, the drinks will be a little stickty. And, the gravity filling nozzles will not be suitable. 
   We need to use different kind of filling nozzles structure, to take the high temperaure, and recycle the leaked juice from the filling nozzles. Thus there will be a extra drinks recycle tank standing along side with the washing filling capping machine of hot drinks.
