Solutions for PET bottle blow molding problems, Part 2.

19, PET bottles are not fully /completely blown in the vertical direction

A, Causes:

   1, The temperature for the not-full part is too high

   2, Preforms cold spot on the not-full part

   3, Air pressure is not enough

   4, Air quantity is not enough

   5, Air extraction of the mold is not good

   6, Mold temperature is too high

   7, Preform is too thin

   8, Stretch ratio of the preform is not enough

B, Solutions:

   1, Reduce the temperature for the not-full part

   2, Do not touch the heated preforms body, incase the temperature drop by hand touching

   3, Increase the air pressure

   4, Increase the air quantity

   5, Increase the air extraction

   6, Use cooling water for the mold

   7, Fix the preforms mold

   8, Increase the stretch ratio in the vertical way.
